I wonder if the same equipment would work on car alarms? One of my neighbors drives us all crazy with his car alarm that goes off whenever there's a thunderstorm.
Terrific cartoon. I'd love to be able to do that. And I have had to go wake up neighbors in the middle of the night to make them turn off their car alarms. Sheesh.
When mathman and I lived in an apartment beneath two young women who I swear used pogo sticks to go from room to room, when we got fed up with the obnoxious racket, Mathman would blast them with recorded marches.
A while back I read that the police will be getting a device that disables the electronics (computers) on a car so they can stop it without chasing it. That should do it.
I once had a neighbor, back in my apartment-dwelling days, who would play country music at max volume until 3 AM on weekend nights. I solved that by playing very early Pink Floyd at max volume, about 3 hours later.

ReplyDeleteI love this.

That usually did the trick.
